If you’re looking to explore options, we’re happy to meet with you to discuss your ideas & offer suggestions. We can then arrange architectural drawings, to ensure you have the appropriate planning permission, building warrants etc.
We know the importance of having the appropriate consents from the local authority as it can stop you selling your home in the future so we will talk you through this complex process.
